My life as a doctor follows a 7 ON, 7 OFF rhythm. On my off days, mornings start at 6 am - gym, kids’ wake-up call, and quick breakfasts. At 7:30, we’re off for school drop-off. The gym recharges me, home chores keep the day rolling. Let’s not forget the endless emails, calls and messages that need to be attended to! Next thing you know it’s time for school pick-up.
