🚧Excavators are crowding the grounds in front of the Texas Pavilion, the former home of the Institute of Texan Cultures, on East César Chávez Boulevard. The City of San Antonio has begun the demolition process to take down the 60-year-old structure to make way for a new sports and entertainment district.
